So, I’m continuing my jetsetter lifestyle and flying off to Charleston, SC for the weekend.
I’m going there to visit my friend “Sabine” who moved from the UWS to Charleston a year ago. I still miss her horribly, and use subtle psychological tricks to try to convince her to move back here. Unfortunately she is enjoying her beach and backyard and mild climate, so I’m not sure I’ll ever get her back to the gritty city.
Sabine absolutely refuses to even let me use my Blackberry when in her presence (I have a history of Twitter addiction) so there is no chance at all she’ll support me blogging from her back porch. Once again, Upper West Side Style will be left here to rot for a few days.
So, I’m going to enjoy some Southern-style style for the weekend. And hopefully a huge plate of biscuits and gravy.
